App Transfer
In case you have decided to move the app to your own services, you need to ensure all required services has been setup and access details have been provided to EasyTaxiOffice team before the existing agreement expires. Failing to do so will result in app removal from the app stores. The transfer fee is £100.
EasyTaxiOffice will generate and submit the app within 7 business days. EasyTaxiOffice retains the right to update app to newer version during the transfer.
Transferring the app for Monthly Plan users is only available after purchase of the Software and Personalised App.

When your AppGo plan has expires you can continue to use the app by signing to a Monthly Plan. For more information about Monthly Plan, please read Cloud Standard Terms of Use and Cloud Additional Terms.

Change to Ultimate Plan Policy
Effective: 7 March 2022
The current Ultimate Plan Policy for Ultimate plan will be integrated in our Cloud Standard Terms of Use.
By continuing use of the service, you agree to the new policy. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must contact us to terminate the agreement.
From 7 March we will no longer offer a possibility of transferring any data from Cloud Ultimate account to Server Deployments account. If you are planning to switch to Server Deployment but you have not download a copy of the system yet, you can request a copy of the system along with a licence key by contacting us by 7 March 2022.

7. Paid monthly plan
While choosing a paid monthly plan, you will need to select a package (Starter, Business, etc.) in line with the expected use of this Service and projected amount of drivers (read more about it in Section 6, below) (your “Monthly Plan”). You can find the available packages on our website.
All Monthly Plans differ in their pricing. EasyTaxiOffice will not automatically downgrade or upgrade the Monthly Plan you have selected. So leave some space for the growth of your company! Exceeding the driver limit of your chosen Monthly Plan will incur additional charges (added to the next billing cycle of your Monthly Plan and visible in detail on your invoice). By incurring additional charges, you are automatically obliged to pay them on the next upcoming Pay Date (see below for details). The option to change your Monthly Plan, either upgrade or downgrade, is always there. However, choosing to do so during a billing cycle means the switch will not take effect until the end of the current billing cycle for which you will be charged at the same price as before (all additional charges for the current tier that you may incur during the cycle will still apply).
By signing to a Monthly Plan, users agree to pay recurring monthly fees - starting on the day that access to your account is granted. The first billing needs to be paid in advance. All payments are due every month on the same day or on a date close to the day you started your Plan.
8. Drivers
Not all drivers in your account count towards the Monthly Plan total. The only drivers who count towards your Monthly Plan limits are drivers with at least one assigned and accepted job in a monthly billing cycle.
