Acceptable Use Policy

Updated: March 17, 2021

The wellbeing of the entire system is dependent upon the actions of individual Members. Because of this, Members are obligated to follow the Acceptable Use Policy when using the Service at all times. As the actions of individuals may have a big impact on our system, any behavior, content, or other factors that pose a threat to our platform and violate this policy or our Cloud Standard Terms of Use, may result in us suspending a Member or terminating their account. Terms that are capitalized in the Acceptable Use Policy, but are not defined here, have been given meaning in our Cloud Standard Terms of Use.

Prohibited Actions

We do our best to maintain a positive and favourable reputation of our platform. We trust that Members will support us in these efforts by not engaging in any type of prohibited activity on our platform. Members are not allowed to:

  • try to disassemble, reverse engineer, decipher or decompile any part of the Software
  • use the Software to create a competing product
  • use the Service to create a competing service
  • host images or other content on our servers for purposes other than your use of the Service
  • take action to avoid our billing thresholds, except for the situations permitted under our Cloud Standard Terms of Use
  • accept any form of payment from other entities for providing them access to the use of your account - unless you’re part of a partner program
