By purchasing the Monthly Plan you accept the Policy stated below.

Monthly Plan is a comprehensive service which includes:
– access to software and Driver App
– access to personalised passenger and driver apps (additional setup fee applies).
– regular updates to the software and mobile apps
– data back-ups

Creating an account and agreeing to the Terms results in the beginning of an Agreement between you and EasyTaxiOffice that starts immediately after. The Agreement lasts until your EasyTaxiOffice account is active or until the Agreement is terminated by you or us, for reasons specified in the Terms and in accordance with them.

Creating an account on behalf of any entity will mean you possess the relevant rights and authority to accept the Terms and start an Agreement on its behalf.

Account Setup

EasyTaxiOffice Team will setup your account within 3 business days of receiving the payment.

Personalised Apps Setup

To set your Personalised Apps up, all requirements must be met.

Software & Apps Update

EasyTaxiOffice retains the right to update the software and apps on a user’s account without their permission. Our team regularly updates the software and mobile apps. User is informed about it via the software admin panel’s notification system. Updates do not affect the user’s data and settings (e.g. Google API or Pricing). In case it does, we will inform users about it in advance when possible.

In some cases, following an update, users will be expected to implement the appropriate setting adjustments within their software, apps and all connected third party services. After every update to the mobile app, drivers and passengers must restart the app on their phone.

Personalised Driver and Passenger Apps

If you use a Personalised Driver App or/and Personalised Passenger App, you will be given first five months free access. After that period is over, an additional amount will be added to your billings in each billing cycle, for as long as the App is active. The apps billing cycle might differ from your Monthly Plan billing cycle. Apps require upfront payments for setup. Pricing can be found here.


EasyTaxiOffice and the User can terminate the Agreement at all times, for whatever reason. A notice informing the other party about the Agreement Termination must be sent via email. EasyTaxiOffice can suspend the Service to the User at any time without providing a reason for doing so. We may also terminate your account without cause. If we terminate your account without a reason, and it is a paid account, you are due a refund of the allotted part of your monthly payment. In all other instances, refunds do not apply.

All accounts inactive for over 3 months may be terminated without giving prior notice. Users accept that after that period is over, we will permanently delete the account and all data connected to it. The users are responsible for exporting their data before an account is deleted.

All Personalised Apps will stop working if a user’s Monthly Plan account becomes suspended or closed. If a user’s Personalised App account gets closed, it will also be deleted from the app store within 30 days (e-mail us at if you want to see the app removed from there earlier). No copies will be stored. Future usage of the app will require of it to be generated and submitted to app stores again. Standard setup fees apply.

Account and Password

It is the user’s responsibility to keep the account name and password private. The user is responsible for any and all activity that occurs on his or hers account (excluding EasyTaxiOffice’s activity commissioned by the user) also when the password was not disclosed willingly. Users must notify EasyTaxiOffice immediately if any unsanctioned activity occurs on their account. EasyTaxiOffice is not responsible for any losses a user might have suffered because of their password being hacked and their account hijacked. Our company, for security reasons, cannot know a user’s current password. We can only instruct users on how to reset their passwords. By creating an account, you confirm that all provided information is authentic and will remain so for the duration of your usage of EasyTaxiOffice’s Services.

Account Disputes
We will not interfere with any internal disputes related to an EasyTaxiOffice account. All in-house disputes about account ownership must be handled between the two parties. We do not provide information about an account to anyone aside from the account’s owner. The decisive factor we take into consideration in establishing account ownership is the data and information provided while purchasing and establishing the account. If there was more than one person/entity indicated in the contact information, we expect all disputes have been resolved without involving EasyTaxiOffice.

Disputes over ownership might be the cause of blocking an account (no possibility of logging in) until they are resolved – for the reason of keeping the data connected with the account safe and secure.


Paid Monthly Plan – Opening Monthly Account
Signing for a Monthly Plan means the user agrees to recurring, monthly billings which start on the day that account access is granted. The first month payment is taken in advance. Billings take place each month on the same day (depending on when started your Monthly Plan. Same goes for payments: they are due each month on the same date or on a date closeby to the day that you made your first payment (“Pay Date”). However going over the limit with additional number of drivers in your Monthly Plan will result in added payments. These will be added to a prior billing cycle, on or before the upcoming Pay Date.
Active Driver Limits
The number of active drivers (a driver who has been assigned and accepts at least one job) you can add to the software on a single Monthly Plan, without incurred any additional costs, is 20. Each additional active driver induces an appended fee of £2. By using the software with additional active drivers, you automatically agree to settle these fees while paying for the upcoming invoice.
Debit and Credit Cards

All users who choose the Monthly Plan, must present us with their debit or credit card information and grant the company access to subtract the agreed upon amounts of money. All the information provided must be valid and current. When a card expires the client is obliged to update the company updated information on their new card. In case of automatic replacements, user recognizes and accepts that our company is permitted to subtract fees from the new card. The person using the card guarantees they have full authorization to manage it, accept the right to bill that card and affirm that no payments shall be rejected. If a transaction cannot be finalised because of a problem with the card, the account will be suspended until all operations are processed and payments completed.
In the event of an account being suspended, users will not be able to use the software and apps. The account can be activated again only if all outstanding payments are made up to date. Unlocking the account is only possible during the working hours of the EasyTaxiOffice team.

Billing Changes

The EasyTaxiOffice Monthly Plans pricing might change at any time. If that occurs, the new prices will be posted to our website and/or sent to you be e-mail.

Users shall be reimbursed for months they paid for in advance if their account is terminated or we stop providing the services altogether.

In case the user is not able to deliver the required information or resigns from Personalised App before we generate and submitted the app to app stores, we will proceed with the refund.

These are the only conditions under which a user is eligible for a refund. We might choose to offer some other sort of compensation depending on our evaluation of the situation.

This policy is part of the company’s guidelines relevant to the Monthly Plan service. EasyTaxiOffice retains the right to make changes to this regulations at any time, as it sees fit.
