Software Update Policy
By purchasing the Software Update you accept the Policy stated below.
Software Update is a comprehensive service which includes:
– software update to latest version
– access to support
– access to bug fixing
Each software license requires a separate Software Update. For the software license with several website profiles, only one Software Update is required.
After purchase, user will be able to update the software via Subscription tab in their software. The latest software update can be seen here.
The software update for version 3.18 or lower is carried out by the EasyTaxiOffice Team.
Each version of the software has 9 months bug-fixing support after it has been published. Users are informed about new updates via the software admin panel’s notification system. Updates do not reset data or settings. If there are changes that we believe require your attention we will inform you in advance.
In some cases, following an update, users will be expected to implement the appropriate setting adjustments within their software and all connected third party services.
After users update the system, the changes are irreversible and returning to a prior version is not possible.
EasyTaxiOffice retains the right to provide a software update to newer software version instead of bug-fixing update for the users software version.

This policy is part of the company’s policy relevant to the Software Update service. EasyTaxiOffice retains the right to make changes to these regulations at any time, as it sees fit.
