Supported Platforms

Prior to installing the EasyTaxiOffice software, you must make sure you are using the correct infrastructure to install and run the product. Platforms and versions not listed here are not supported by us which means we have not tested the software on them, nor do we fix bugs or provide support for them.

  • Operating system: Linux
  • PHP v7.1 – v7.3
  • Active SSL certificate
  • MySQL database 5.5, 5.6 or 5.7
  • Domain
  • Mail servers: SMTP servers must be able to support multipart content type.

For Web Booking to work correctly with a website, the software has to be set up on a subdomain of the domain used for the main website.

 

Recommended hosting providers

By using other hosting providers or plans, you agree and acknowledge that all issues caused by server configuration are not included in the support.
